E'town to purchase new fire truck

Elizabethtown Fire Department is looking to expand its truck fleet.

Fire Chief Mike Hulsey presented two bids Monday to Elizabethtown City Council to purchase a custom ladder truck. The recommended bid was made by Kovatch Mobile Equipment Corp. at $735,591. The second bid was produced by Rosenberger South Dakota LLC at $698,868.
