E'town purchases right-of-way property from Towne Mall

Acquisition allows city to move forward on extension of Towne Drive

Elizabethtown officials on Monday approved a land purchase freeing up extension of Towne Drive after a dispute with Towne Mall delayed the project.

Elizabethtown plans to purchase a sliver of land from Towne Mall LLC for right-of-way of Towne Drive for $4,320.
