Father files suit over son's death

ELIZABETHTOWN — The father of a teen who died after being injured by an after-hours dive into a fitness center’s pool last year is suing the center for negligence.

In a civil complaint filed in Hardin Circuit Court two weeks ago, JaMark McCloud Sr., father of 16-year-old JaMark McCloud Jr., claims E-town Swim & Fitness Center was at fault for his son’s July 14, 2007, injuries and subsequent death.
