HARDIN COUNTY — The Federal Emergency Management Agency has been working alongside state agencies in Kentucky to provide food and water for hard-hit ice storm victims, and agents plan to arrive in Hardin County this week to assist local agencies with the restoration process, said Doug Finlay, deputy director of Hardin County Emergency Management.
