ELIZABETHTOWN — If preparations for the Field of Dreams athletic complex go as planned, construction may start sometime this year.

But officials are awaiting a tournament-friendly revision to a design for the planned park.

They hope the project — which has evolved over the years from a few ball fields into a multi-sport park — is intended to be a regional draw that pumps millions of dollars into the area economy.
