I’m not sure what caused me to remember this, but I think there was a mystery surrounding a '60s band.

No, I’m not talking about The Beatles mystery. This goes way beyond the assertion that the original Paul McCartney died and was secretly replaced, leaving only a trail of intricately-placed and cryptically-dispersed clues as to what really happened.

No, this was much more serious.

This involved cartoons.
