A Valley Creek Fire Department truck returning from a call wrecked Thursday night injuring two of its occupants.
Don Howard, shift supervisor for Hardin County EMS, said Billy Keith and Tony Scott Jr. were returning from a car fire call when they wrecked at approximately 8:50 p.m. just past the one-mile marker on Valley Creek Road.
Howard said Scott, the passenger, was flown from the crash via LifeNet to University Hospital in Louisville with multiple injuries. He was in serious condition as of Thursday night.
Keith, the driver, was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital with minor injuries and was listed in stable condition Thursday night, Howard said.
Details of the crash were not available because the accident still is under investigation by Kentucky State Police Trooper Daniel Leonard.
