First Citizens Bank has been awarded a five-star rating from BauerFinancial, Inc., a bank-rating firm in Coral Gables, Fla. The rating, which is the highest possible, indicates that BauerFinancial considers the bank to be one of the strongest in the nation. Among the factors evaluated are capital adequacy, loan delinquency levels, and profitability.

First Citizens Bank was established in 1964. It operates offices in Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Shepherdsville and Mount Washington, and can be found at www.first-citizens.com.
