First Federal sells four Indiana branches

First Federal Savings Bank in Elizabethtown is selling four retail banking offices in Indiana to raise capital and meet its goals.

A subsidiary of First Savings Financial Group Inc. has entered into a definitive purchase and assumption agreement with the Elizabethtown-based bank to buy the Indiana offices in Corydon, Elizabeth, Georgetown and Lanesville.

These are all of First Federal Savings Bank’s southern Indiana branches.
