A personal ailment and the company’s financial health resulted in leadership changes announced Friday by First Financial Service Corp., the parent company of Elizabethtown-based First Federal Savings Bank.
Greg Schreacke, the bank’s president since 2008, assumes principal management responsibility for the holding company and the bank. He is absorbing duties previously belonging to B. Keith Johnson, who is stepping down because of a chronic ailment.
