Fiscal Court honors local Habitat for Humanity director

In its final meeting of the year, Hardin Fiscal Court recognized the executive director of Hardin County’s Habitat for Humanity as an “outstanding citizen.”

On Friday, Judge-Executive Harry Berry presented Larry Mengel with an Outstanding Citizen Award and a plaque from Gov. Steve Beshear recognizing him as a Kentucky Colonel.
