ELIZABETHTOWN — The city of Elizabethtown Tuesday filled the public works superintendent position vacated by Bill Owen in December, but needed Mayor David Willmoth’s tie-breaking vote to do so.
Don Hill, a former natural gas systems operation manager for the city, was chosen as the new public works superintendent by a vote of 4-3.
