One of Radcliff's founding fathers and a former councilman died Tuesday after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
Vincent Kieta, 78, was instrumental in the city's growth as a resident and a public servant.
“Vince was a very unique person,” said Don Yates, who served on city council with Kieta. “He was very outgoing and what he told you, that’s just the way it was.”
