A former Radcliff man who owes nearly $45,000 in child support payments in Hardin County has been located in Indiana and is awaiting transport to Kentucky.
Billy Edward Wilson, 43, is wanted locally for theft by deception including cold checks, flagrant non-support, first-degree bail jumping and felony probation violations.
According to the Hardin County Attorney’s Child Support Division, Wilson’s obligation total $44,657.94.
Wilson has been considered an absconder by Probation and Parole District 5. The district has had an outstanding warrant for Wilson since October 2008.
Court records show Wilson was indicted in 2007 for the flagrant non-support, cold check and bail jumping charges, and a bench warrant was issued in that case in May 2009.
The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office previously has submitted Wilson for inclusion in The News-Enterprise’s quarterly Most Wanted installment.
The sheriff’s office recently confirmed Wilson has been serving time in a detention facility in Lawrenceburg, Ind. He signed an extradition waiver Friday and soon will be transported to Hardin County.
