Former Radcliff Police officer Brian J. Clear pleaded guilty Thursday morning in Hardin District Court to an amended charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.
He was fined and placed on probation for a September incident on Edgewood Drive in the city.
Clear, who resigned a day after his arrest, was fined $235 with 90 days in jail that was probated for two years. He was scheduled for trial Thursday.
