Fort Knox Federal CEO named to Federal Reserve Bank Council

William J. Rissel, president and chief executive officer of Fort Knox Federal Credit Union, has been appointed to a two-year term on the newly formed Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. The 12-member council will hold its inaugural meeting March 1-2 to advise Eighth District Federal Reserve Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. James Bullard on local credit, banking and economic conditions.
