Fort Knox man charged with murder, DUI

A Fort Knox man was arrested and charged Sunday with murder and DUI after allegedly causing a car wreck that killed the passenger in his vehicle.
Francisco Balderaz was driving a 2002 BMW on Sunday morning on Greenbelt Highway in Louisville when his car left the road and hit a highway sign and a pole near lower River Road, said officer Carey Klain of Louisville Metro Police Department. His passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
