Calling Elizabethtown and Kentucky an area of “great appeal,’’ vice president of operations for IHOP said the restaurant’s fourth franchise in the state could be in Elizabethtown.
Creg Hagerman said Friday morning the company is “very, very close’’ on a deal to bring the signature pancake restaurant to Elizabethtown. IHOP, which has stores in Louisville, Lexington and Bowling Green, is in negotiations to move into the former Frisch’s location on North Dixie Avenue next to Cheddar’s.
