Francis named Rotary assistant district governor

Kay Sharon, past district governor for District 6710, makes it official as she pins Allan Francis with an assistant district governor badge at the Radcliff Rotary Club’s annual Rosewood Gala. Francis will be responsible for overseeing a total of seven Rotary Clubs in Area 7 until 2011.
