Frank Charles Ruff, 66, of Eastview, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank C. and Agnita French Ruff Sr.; and a daughter, Rhonda Ziegler.
He is survived by two daughters, Andrea Belcher of Eastview and Christy Hood of Bloomfield; a sister, Janet Rose of Rockford, Ill.; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is from 5 to 8 p.m. May 9 at Pritchard Community Center in Elizabethtown.
Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown is in charge of arrangements.
