A free, day-long concert primarily of local musicians aimed at raising awareness of missing persons takes the stage from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday at Freeman Lake Park.
This is the first time the concert, called Song for the Missing, is hosted by Kentucky Bloodhound Seach and Rescue and Kentucky K9, said Toni Goodman, KBSAR vice president.
“We’re just trying to get the word out there,” said Goodman of Elizabethtown.
Scheduled to perform are musicians Luie Brangers, Nick Glass of the local band Vinal, the Harold Hutchins Band and Junell Street.
