Elizabethtown’s Movie Palace soon could be under a new ownership umbrella.

Shelbyville-based FullCircle Registry Inc., through its subsidiary FullCircle Entertainment Inc., has signed a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire the 12-screen movie theater, which is off Dixie Avenue and has frontage on Woodland Drive.
