Gaither Station Road closed again today

For the second time this week, Gaither Station Road is closed today.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet contract crews are scheduled to pour concrete today for the eastbound decking of the overpass being built over Gaither Station. The work is part of the Ring Road extension that will connect it to the Western Kentucky Parkway.

The work will require closure of Gaither Station Road between Arnold Lane and Pinnacle Lane beginning at 7 a.m. today. The concrete work should be complete and Gaither Station Road reopened by 6 p.m., the Transportation Cabinet announced.
