Garden Club of Elizabethtown supports local organizations

The Garden Club of Elizabethtown made donations to several different organizations in December. In addition to the donations presented to Habitat for Humanity and to Greenspace, which are pictured, the club also made donations to the following organizations in 2010: the National Garden Club’s Haiti Water Project and “Dollars for Scholars” programs, the Kentucky State Garden Club Headquarters building maintenance, Dover Air Force Base “Memorial Garden” in Delaware, Yew Dell Gardens, Bernheim Forest in Kentucky and student poetry and essay contests.
