Garden Club presents donation to Let's Spruce Up

Ann Kowalkoski, right, president of the Garden Club of Elizabethtown, presents Norman Freeman, Board member of Let’s Spruce Up, with a donation to be used for a water feature in the landscape of the Arboretum at Pritchard Community Center. The club has planted annuals, perennials, trees and has a Blue Star Memorial marker in this public park.
