QUIZ: How geeky are you?

Some people are into Geek-lore because it’s the hip thing to do. How do you know if you are a true geek? Here are a few determining factors.

• You know which actress has appeared on “Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles,” “Firefly” and “The Big Bang Theory.”
• You’ve waved your hand at someone and said, “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.”
• You’ve discussed the probability of something disrupting the space time continuum more than once.
• You own multiple editions of “Star Wars.”
• You have thought of using "Joshua" as a password and thought you were being clever.
• Your day has been nearly ruined before by the realization that a future technology hasn't been invented/mainstreamed yet.
• Han shooting first means something to you
• When someone asks if they should do something you respond with “Make it so.”
• When you discuss “Firefly” you are not talking about a bug that lights up at night.
• When the eye doctor says “don’t blink,” you giggle.
• You know why Superman wasn’t in “The Avengers” and shake your head whenever anyone asks about it.
• You know how to jailbreak an Apple device.
• You knew what the Kobayashi Maru test was before the new “Star Trek” movie.
• You play “find Stan Lee” during any Marvel Comic movie.
• You actually know what Sheldon is talking about.
• When someone asks you how you are, you answer with “shinny.”
• You don’t simply walk into Mordor.
• You’ve named a pet after a comic book hero, fantasy literature, sci-fi character or computer term.
• You’ve called someone a “nerf-herder.”
• You buy two copies of each comic book, one to read and one to keep.
• You hate Jar Jar Binks.
• When someone asks who your doctor is you respond with a number.
• You own a T-shirt with a comic book, sci-fi or computer reference because you like it, not just because it’s fashionable.
• You laughed at the Mordor joke in the quiz.
• You know when someone talks about WOW they are not expressing excitement.
