GIRLS' PREP BASKETBALL: Lady Waves hammer Central (02/17)

Morgan Turner and the Meade County Lady Waves weren’t shooting the ball the way they’re accustomed to against the Central Hardin Lady Bruins on Friday. Shots they usually made were bouncing off the rim and even wide-open looks weren’t falling.

Though the Lady Waves were struggling from the field, the Lady Bruins couldn’t keep up. Meade County turned a seven-point lead into a double-digit advantage in the second quarter and eventually cruised, 70-31.
