Glendale brings Christmas to the country

Glendale offers its take on a quaint Christmas this weekend for those recovering from last week’s extended Black Friday blowout.

Glendale Merchants Association once again will host its the Christmas in the Country event at noon Saturday with events to get children and adults into the holiday spirit.

The festivities begin at noon with a parade featuring Santa Claus that runs down Main Street, Association President Mike Cummins said.
