Goodman recognized as 2007-8 Hardin County Homemakers Volunteer of the Year

  At the 68th annual meeting of the Hardin County Homemakers on May 29, Regina Goodman was honored for being the 2007-08 Hardin County Homemakers Volunteer of the Year. Because she was unable to attend the meeting, the award was presented to her June 17 by Alice Bennett, president of the Goldenrod Club, at the group’s annual picnic at Freeman Lake Park. Goodman is a member of the Goldenrod Club. Because of inaccurate information submitted to The News-Enterprise the article that appeared in the Neighbors section of the June 30 edition was incorrect.
