Grace Lutheran received into membership of English District LCMS

Grace Lutheran Church in Vine Grove has been notified that it has been received into membership as a congregation of the English District of The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod has more than 6,100 congregations and a membership of 2.3 million.
Dr. David Stecholz, president of the English District LCMS will be coming to tour the area, meet members and attend a special dinner on Dec. 8. On Dec. 9, he will join the congregation in worship for its Mid-Week Advent Service at 7 p.m. and present the members with their Charter.
