Two Hardin County residents are set to be arraigned this week on sex-related felony charges following indictments by the grand jury.
Scott Andrew McMillen, 31, of Elizabethtown faces charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy. Jason Emery Mears, 36, of Rineyville is charged with first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy.
Kentucky State Police Post 4 investigated both cases, which were presented directly to the Hardin County grand jury.
An indictment is an allegation, not proof of guilt. The men are considered innocent until proven guilty.
