After concerns were raised about the funding source for a comprehensive overhaul of Radcliff City Hall’s 83-space parking lot, city officials have partnered with the state to finance the bulk of the redesign through grants.
The parking lot’s reconstruction has been prioritized because stormwater runoff is pooling into the lot and draining into City Hall, which poses problems with black mold and mildew and creates a safety hazard for employees and visitors.
