HANKEN. Army Spec. Joshua W. Hanken has graduated from the U.S. Army Ranger School at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga., with authorization to wear the distinctive Ranger Tab. A graduate of the Ranger Course is the epitome of the U.S. infantryman.
Hanken, an infantryman, has served in the military for more than a year.
He is the son of Jamie J. Philbee of Wolcott, N.Y., and grandson of David D. Lower of Radcliff.
The specialist is a 2004 graduate of North Hardin School in Radcliff.
