Hardin County indictments include rape, assault charges

Twenty-eight indictments handed down Tuesday in the court system in Hardin County, with charges including rape, assault and organized crime.

Luis Oscar Guerrero-Moreno, 25, was indicted on a second-degree rape charge. Guerrero-Moreno is accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor under the age of 14.

Quintin D. Lackey, 30, was indicted on charges of first-degree escape, third-degree assault, second-degree fleeing and evading, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and first-degree persistent felony offense. Lackey’s charges stem from allegations that after being detained at the Probation and Parole Office for parole violations, he assaulted an officer and fled.

Fourteen of the indictments are against those accused of organized crime in regards to theft of retail merchandise for resale.

An indictment is an allegation, not proof of guilt. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

Other indictments include:

  • Shaina B. Sanchez, 19, facilitation to manufacture methamphetamine.

  • Brandie A. Phelps, 19, facilitation to manufacture methamphetamine.

  • Jef A. Austin, 47, complicity to manufacture methamphetamine.

  • Rebeka Thomas, 38, criminal facilitation to manufacture methamphetamine.

  • Joseph Sallee, 35, complicity to manufacture methamphetamine.

  • Nicholas Alan Powers, 25, complicity to manufacture methamphetamine, illegal possession of a controlled substance.

  • Troy Shawn Clancy, 46, illegal possession of a controlled substance.

  • Robert Lee Flores, 25, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault.

  • Carol Lynn Dotson, 33, first-degree bail jumping.

  • Ashleigh Nicole Wright, 25, wanton endangerment, first degree; hindering prosecution or apprehension, second degree.

  • William R. Moffitt, Jr., 41, flagrant non-support.

  • Corey R. Madry, 44, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale, first-degree persistent felony offender.

  • Robert Pimpleton, 55, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale, first-degree persistent felony offender.

  • Anthony J. Hewitt, 34, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Loni R. Schwaniger, 32, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Robert D. Green, 31, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Jonalan Chval, 26, burglary, second degree.

  • Kathy Allen, 42, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Mary Wilson, 43, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Christopher R. Brown, 47, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Daniel M. Brownridge, 25, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Louis Wallace, Jr., 25, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Connie R. McFarland, 48, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • John F. Pilz, 46, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.

  • Clifton E. Jenkins, 58, engaging in organized crime - theft of retail merchandise for resale.
