The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a Greensburg woman wanted for two counts of first-degree bail jumping in felony cases out of Hardin Circuit Court.
Jenny L. Mauller, 41, is wanted by the Division of Probation and Parole – District 5 for violating a pretrial diversion agreement.
Court records show Mauller has been missing since June 2011.
Mauller pleaded guilty in 2010 to two counts of welfare fraud more than $100, which is a Class D felony, according to records.
On June 29, 2010, she entered a pretrial diversion agreement, according to court records. Six months later, she was arrested on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence and violating a Kentucky emergency protection order.
Hardin Circuit Court Judge Ken Howard voided Mauller’s diversion June 13, 2011, for failure to pay restitution and use of alcohol.
Documents indicate the last time Mauller paid restitution was June 6, 2011, and she failed to appear for sentencing June 14, 2011. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest June 15, 2011.
Two more warrants were issued that September when Mauller was indicted on two counts of bail jumping.
According to indictments, the defendant violated conditions of release on a $5,000 cash bond in the fraud case and a partially secured $10,000 bond in the wanton endangerment case by failing to appear for court dates and report to pretrial services.
On one indictment, a Hardin Circuit Court judge notes Mauller’s whereabouts as “unknown.”
The sheriff’s office describes Mauller as 5-foot-1 and 119 pounds. She has red hair and brown eyes.
Her last known address was 106 N. McCullum Ave. in Greensburg, according to HCSO.
Hardin County court records show she previously lived in an apartment at 907 Mark Court in Elizabethtown.

On May 15, Green said he received lab results confirming it was meth and soon after obtained a warrant for Goodin’s arrest.
