Hardin County's Most Wanted

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a Radcliff woman who has active warrants in Hardin misdemeanor and felony courts and has not appeared in court in nearly a year.

Ebony J. Perry, 37, was indicted in July for complicity to commit second-degree possession of a forged instrument and complicity to commit theft by deception more than $500.

A bench warrant was issued July 18, according to court records. The case was investigated by Radcliff Police Department.

On Dec. 11, 2011, a Radcliff police officer arrested Perry for alcohol intoxication in public. Jail records show she was released that afternoon.

She failed to appear for arraignment in Hardin District Court and a bench warrant was issued Dec. 16, 2011, according to court records.

At the time, she was on active 5-year probation for a 2010 Hardin Circuit Court case for complicity to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.

A bench warrant was issued in the case Dec. 27, 2011, for alleged probation violations. Records indicate the Division of Probation and Parole — District 5 considers Perry an absconder.

According to jail records, Perry was 5-foot-7 and 163 pounds last December. She has black hair and brown eyes.

The sheriff’s office lists her last known address as 311 S. Atcher St. in Radcliff.

In addition to the felony conviction in 2010, Perry was found guilty in 1996 in circuit court for facilitation of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and fourth-degree assault, according to court records.

Records indicate she also has previous misdemeanor convictions for writing cold checks.

BURGLARY. Elizabethtown Police Department is searching for an 18-year-old wanted for first-degree burglary, a Class B felony that is punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Julius A. Kolowitz of Elizabethtown is wanted for first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault.

EPD describes Kolowitz as 6-foot-2 and weighing 210 pounds. He has brown eyes.

His last known address is North Mantle Avenue in Elizabethtown, according to EPD.

On July 16, an Elizabethtown detective arrested Kolowitz for fourth-degree assault, according to online jail records.

Court records indicate he later was sentenced to six months for the assault charge and released Sept. 28.

THEFT. Elizabethtown police also are looking for a registered sex offender who is wanted for a misdemeanor theft charge.

Timothy A. Rollin, 35, of Elizabethtown is wanted for theft by unlawful taking less than $500, a Class A misdemeanor.

Elizabethtown police describe Rollin as 5-foot-8 and weighing 218 pounds. He has blue eyes.

The Kentucky Sex Offender Registry lists his address as 120 W. Dixie Hwy.

According to the registry, Rollin is a 10-year registrant. He previously was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse; the victim was 7 years old at the time.

On Jan. 10, 2011, Radcliff police arrested Rollin for two counts of indecent exposure for which he later was sentenced to 90 days, according to court records.

He was arrested again July 28, 2011, by Kentucky State Police for use of an instant message, chat or social network service while listed as a registered sex offender, according to jail records.

He later was sentenced to a year in prison and released Aug. 10, 2011, from Hardin County Detention Center, according to records.

Shabazz Alderman

Age: 40

Last known address: Cameron Park, Calif.

Wanted by: Hardin County Attorney’s Child Support Division

Charge: Flagrant non-support, owes $44,681.17

Description: Black male, 6-foot-4, 230 pounds, black hair and brown eyes

History: Alderman has a history of misdemeanor and felony cases involving theft-related offenses.

On June 1, 2011, a bench warrant was issued in a 2002 flagrant non-support case for failing to appear.

He was indicted in September on a new flagrant non-support charge and first-degree persistent felony offense. A bench warrant was issued Oct. 3.

Jennifer Bird

Age: 38

Last known address: Louisville

Wanted by: Hardin County Attorney’s Child Support Division

Charge: Flagrant non-support, owes $7,083.87 through Oct. 31. Warrant issued July 2007.

Description: White female, 5-foot-6, 130 pounds, blond hair and brown eyes

Devante Shilan Boyd

Age: 20

Last known address: 101 Navaho Ct., Radcliff

Wanted by: Radcliff Police Department

Charge: Tampering with physical evidence, drug charges

History: Boyd has prior charges for an assault on a police officer, according to RPD.

Brittany Ann Bruce

Age: 21

Last known address: 1306 Fairdale Road, Louisville

Wanted by: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office

Charge: Violating conditions of release

Description: 5-foot, 110 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes

History: Bruce was indicted in 2010 in Hardin Circuit Court for charges of receiving stolen property less than $10,000 and complicity to commit theft by unlawful taking. She was assigned to pre-trial diversion, and a bench warrant was issued Oct. 16 for alleged violations.

According to court records, she also has a pending felony case in Jefferson County that is set to proceed to jury trial April 10.

Peter Corrie

Age: 45

Last known address: 438 Summer St., New Bedford, Mass.

Wanted by: Hardin County Attorney’s Child Support Division

Charge: Flagrant non-support, owes $24,479.14 through Oct. 31. Warrant issued July 5 for failing to appear.

Description: White male, 5-foot-10, 190 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes

Timothy D. Curry

Age: 37

Last known address: 125 N. Summit Ave., Hodgenville

Wanted by: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office

Charge: Probation violation for a felony offense

Description: 5-foot-6, 153 pounds, black hair and brown eyes

History: Curry was convicted in 2010 in Hardin District Court for speeding 17 miles per hour more than the speed limit, second-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree fleeing or evading police. A bench warrant was issued in the case Nov. 22, 2010, for failing to appear.

A warrant was issued that same month for a 2006 flagrant non-support case.

James Gerald W. Embry

Age: 42

Last known address: 1034 Gina Circle, Jacksonville, Ark.

Description: 5-foot-8, 130 pounds, black hair and brown eyes

History: This is the second time Embry has been featured in Hardin County’s Most Wanted.

A bench warrant was issued Sept. 14, 2010, for failure to appear in Hardin Circuit Court for a flagrant non-support case.

Jeffrey D. French

Age: 48

Description: 6-foot, 190 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes

History: French was indicted in December 2009 for charges of flagrant non-support and second-degree persistent felony offense. A bench warrant was issued in the case April 12.

Lisa Ann Hay

Age: 45

Last known address: 1771 Hodgenville Road, Elizabethtown

Charge: Probation violations for a felony offense

Description: 5-foot-3, 150 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes

History: Hay was convicted in 2009 in Hardin Circuit Court for complicity to commit first-degree possession of a controlled substance — cocaine and complicity to commit possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was sentenced to five-year probation, and on April 12, a warrant was issued for alleged probation violations. Six days later, a second warrant was issued for failing to appear to a revocation hearing.

On March 3, she was arrested by an Elizabethtown officer for first-degree possession of a controlled substance — cocaine and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. She was released the same day on an unsecured $5,000 bond.

A bench warrant was issued April 11 in Hardin District Court for violating the conditions of her release.

She was indicted on those possession charges in June and a bench warrant was issued June 7 in circuit court.

Eden D. Hurt

Age: 23

Charge: Three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument

Description: 5-foot-4, 160 pounds, blue eyes

Ray Sinclair Lowe

Age: 30

Last known address: 3208 S. Wilson Road, Radcliff

Wanted by: Radcliff Police Department

Charge: Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, fourth-degree assault

Description: 6-foot, 230 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes

Warning: RPD considers Lowe armed and dangerous.

History: Lowe was indicted in October for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and fourth-degree assault. A bench warrant was issued Nov. 7.

Damon Mangum

Age: 43

Last known address: LaFollette, Tenn.

Wanted by: Hardin County Attorney’s Child Support Division

Charge: Flagrant non-support, owes $20,784.92, through Oct. 31. Warrant issued Feb. 21.

Description: White male, 5-foot-7, 135 pounds, brown hair and green eyes

History: Mangum pleaded guilty in 2004 in Hardin Circuit Court to first-degree bail jumping.

Sue Johnnie Mason

Age: 66

Last known address: Unknown

Wanted by: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office

Charge: First-degree bail jumping

Description: 4-foot-8, 129 pounds, blond hair and green eyes

History: Mason was charged in 2007 with theft of identity, and a bench warrant was issued March 2, 2007, for failing to appear for arraignment in Hardin District Court. A second warrant was issued for bail jumping a month later.

Jenny L. Mauller

Age: 41

Last known address: 106 N. McCullum Ave., Greensburg, Ky.

Wanted by: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office

Charge: Probation violations for a felony offense

Description: 5-foot-1, 119 pounds, red hair and brown eyes

History: This is the second time Mauller has been featured in Hardin County’s Most Wanted.

She is wanted for two counts of first-degree bail jumping and failed to appear to a sentencing for charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence and violation of an emergency protection order.

An active warrant has been issued in her case since June 29, 2011.

Ray Moffitt

Age: 41

Last known address: Versailles, Ky.

Charge: Flagrant non-support, owes $4,889.48 through Oct. 31. Warrant issued March 28 for a probation revocation hearing.

Carl Norman Rusk II

Last known address: 1975 Old Vincennes Road, New Albany, Ind.

Charge: Probation violations for a felony offense

Description: 5-foot-2, 200 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes

History: In 2007, Rusk was convicted in Hardin district and circuit courts for writing cold checks.

A bench warrant was issued March 7 in the circuit court case for failure to appear to a hearing regarding alleged probation violations.

Deanne O. West

Age: 45

Charge: Flagrant non-support, owes $7,688.24 through Oct. 31. Warrant issued July 18.

Billy Edward Wilson

Age: 43

Wanted by: Hardin County Sheriff’s Office

Charge: Probation violations for a felony offense

Description: 6-foot-1, 230 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.

History: This is the second time Wilson has been featured in Hardin County’s Most Wanted.

He has a history of misdemeanor offenses, including charges of writing cold checks, alcohol intoxication in public and fourth-degree assault.

In 2007, Wilson was indicted in Hardin Circuit Court for flagrant non-support, theft by deception including cold checks more than $300, and first-degree bail jumping. A bench warrant was issued in that case May 29, 2009.
