HARDIN COUNTY'S MOST WANTED

Local probation and parole officers are searching for a Radcliff man who has failed to complete his probation and also has failed to appear in court for a felony burglary charge.

Dominique Flagg, 20, was indicted in November 2011 for first-degree burglary. The indictment alleges Flagg was armed with a handgun during the incident.

Probation and Parole District 5 has labeled Flagg as an absconder and the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office lists him among its most wanted.

According to records, Radcliff police arrested Flagg on Nov. 26, 2010, when he was found with a run-away minor. He was charged with third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and a felony count of receiving stolen property.

At the time of the offense, Flagg was on a five-year pre-trial diversion program.

During a January 2011 hearing, a judge determined Flagg had violated his diversion and he was sentenced to three years in prison. He was released Jan. 3, 2012.

A bench warrant was issued in the burglary case 28 days later when he failed to appear for a hearing.

The indictment alleges Flagg entered an apartment Nov. 18, 2010, “with intent to commit a theft” while he was in possession of a handgun. At the time of the offense, he was on pre-trial diversion.

According to records, Flagg’s last known address was in Radcliff. The sheriff’s office describes him as 6-foot with black hair and brown eyes.

  • Christopher J. Benock

Age: 26

Last known address: Louisville

Underlying charges: Third-degree burglary. Warrant issued May 2012.

Description: 5-foot-8, brown hair and brown eyes

History: Benock was convicted in 2007 in Hardin Circuit Court in two separate felony cases for receiving stolen property, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and third-degree burglary. He ultimately received five-year probation, according to court records.

In June 2009, he was found guilty of probation violations and was sentenced to four years in prison, according to records.

  • Jerome L. Bussey Jr.

Age: 26

Last known address: Elizabethtown

Underlying charges: Second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree burglary. Warrant issued January 2012.

Description: 5-foot-10, black hair and brown eyes

History: He was found guilty in 2008 in Hardin County for complicity to commit second-degree assault and six counts of complicity to commit first-degree wanton endangerment. The incident involved a shooting that left two injured.

In December 2009, Bussey was convicted of second-degree burglary after breaking into an apartment of Hawkins Drive in Elizabethtown. He was sentenced to 10 years — five incarcerated and five probated, according to court records.

Bussey was given credit for 228 days served and was released on parole May 10, 2011, according to records.

In January 2012, a bench warrant was issued for failing to appear to hearing and alleged probation violations.

  • Lloyd Riley-Angelo Davis

Age: 34

Last known address: Radcliff

Underlying charges: Flagrant non-support. $35,796.32 in arrears as of Thursday. Warrant issued August 2012.

Description: White, 6-foot-1, brown hair and hazel eyes

History: Davis has a pending traffic case from 2012 for charges of violating instructional permit and failure to maintain insurance. According to records, a bench warrant was issued in August for failing to appear for deposition.

  • Frank J. Drejka

Age: 20

Last known address: Elizabethtown

Underlying charges: Second-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance. Warrant issued December 2012.

Description: 6-foot-4, brown hair and brown eyes

History: In 2011, Drejka was indicted for possession of cocaine and, in 2012, burglary and receiving stolen property. He ultimately was sentenced to one year in the drug case and seven years in the other, according to court records.

In September, Drejka was released on probation, according to records. A bench warrant was issued in November when he failed to appear for a revocation hearing.

  • Curtis Glenn Gaw

Age: 51

Last known address: Hodgenville

Underlying charges: Manufacturing methamphetamine and cultivating marijuana. Warrant issued November 2008.

Description: 5-foot-9, 155 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes

History: According to the Department of Corrections, Gaw received an alternative sentence in 2007 in Bullitt County. He was released Dec. 19, 2007, and entered the supervision of Probation and Parole.

Court records show he has active felony cases in Bullitt and LaRue counties.

  • Thomas A. Huff

Age: 28

Last known address: Leitchfield

Underlying charges: Possession of cocaine. Warrant issued April 2012.

Description: 6-foot, brown hair and brown eyes

History: In 2010, Huff was convicted in two felony drug cases in Hardin County. He pleaded guilty to charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance — cocaine, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was sentenced to a five-year probation and bench warrant has been issued for probation violations.

  • Jo Hyoung Kim

Age: 48

Last known address: Radcliff

Underlying charges: First-degree sexual abuse, fourth-degree assault. Warrant issued February 2008.

Description: 5-foot-11, 150 pounds, black hair and brown eyes

History: Following a jury trial in 2004 in Hardin County, Kim was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse and fourth-degree assault with minor injury. He was sentenced to three years in prison.

The Kentucky Sex Offender Registry lists Kim as a 20-year registrant.

In 2005, Kim appealed the decision, and the Kentucky Court of Appeals upheld the verdict in an opinion issued in October 2007.

According to court documents, the victim was an adult with whom Kim had a romantic relationship.

  • Jenny L. Mauller

Age: 41

Last known address: Greensburg

Underlying charges: Intent to defraud/scheme to obtain benefits. Warrant issued November 2011.

Description: 5-foot-1, red hair and brown eyes

History: She is wanted for two counts of first-degree bail jumping and failed to appear to a sentencing for charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, driving under the influence and violation of an emergency protection order.

At the time of these offenses, Mauller was in a pre-trial diversion program in a felony welfare fraud case.

According to court records, she entered supervision June 29, 2010. Six months later, she was arrested on the wanton endangerment and DUI charges.

  • David W. Orban

Age: 32

Last known address: Rineyville

Underlying charges: First-degree sexual abuse, burglary.Warrant issued June 2012.

Description: 5-foot-11, 166 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes

History: Orban is listed as a 20-year registered sex offender. He pleaded guilty in November 2008 to first-degree sexual abuse and was sentenced to five years in prison.

According to the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry, the victim was 15 years old at the time of the offense.

  • Ebony Jonne Perry

Age: 37

Last known address: Radcliff

Underlying charges: Complicity to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrant issued in January 2012.

Description: 5-foot-7, black hair and brown eyes

History: Perry was indicted in July for complicity to commit second-degree possession of a forged instrument and complicity to commit theft by deception more than $500. A bench warrant was issued July 18, according to court records.

She also has a pending case in Hardin District Court for alcohol intoxication in public. According to records, a bench warrant was issued in that case Dec. 16, 2011, when Perry failed to appear for arraignment.

At the time of these offenses, Perry was on five-year probation.

In addition to the felony conviction in 2010, Perry was found guilty in 1996 in circuit court for facilitation of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and fourth-degree assault, according to court records.

Records indicate she also has previous misdemeanor convictions for writing cold checks.

  • Marchel Quisenberry

Age: 48

Last known address: Elizabethtown

Underlying charges: First-degree rape, third-degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance. Warrant issued December 2012.

Description: 5-foot-9, 205 pounds, black hair and brown eyes

History: In 1998, a Jefferson County jury found Quisenberry guilty of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree burglary and first-degree persistent felony offense, according to court documents. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

According to documents, Quisenberry appealed the verdict and the Kentucky Supreme Court upheld the decision.

He then filed a motion to vacate the sentence in circuit court, which was denied. Court records show he appealed that decision in 2007 and the Kentucky Court of Appeals affirmed the circuit court’s ruling.

Quisenberry is listed as a lifetime registered sex offender in Kentucky. Court records indicate the victim was an adult with whom Quisenberry previously had a romantic relationship.

  • Dustin Thompson

Age: 25

Last known address: Vine Grove

Underlying charges: Second-degree burglary. Warrant issued September 2012.

Description: 5-foot-8, blonde hair and green eyes

History: Several misdemeanor convictions from 2008 and 2009 in Hardin County, including receiving stolen property, driving under the influence and fleeing or evading police.

  • Katresa D. Whitehurst

Age: 30

Last known address: Radcliff

Underlying charges: First-degree possession of a controlled substance — cocaine. Warrant issued in May 2008 for alleged probation violations.

Description: 5-foot, black hair and brown eyes

History: Four pending misdemeanor cases from 2007 and 2008 in Hardin District Court for writing cold checks. In March 2011, a bond forfeiture hearing was set. Records also show open cases in Breckinridge and Meade counties.
