Hawkins speaks to Radcliff Rotary Club

Guest speaker at the Radcliff Rotary Club recently was Rik Hawkins, President of the Elizabethtown-Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, left, who presented a model of the proposed Hardin County Veteran’s Tribute Project planned for the community. Hawkins made a plea for support, indicating that about half the needed funds had been raised.
