With an eye on improving instruction, Hardin County Schools changed some of the makeup of its Central Office staff. The HCS board voted Thursday to establish two new positions during a special meeting at Central Hardin High School.
The new positions are a program/data consultant and an instructional consultant. The program/data consultant will analyze programs used in the district for effectiveness as well data from assessments taken throughout the year. The instructional consultant will help implement programs in schools and assist with teacher training.
