HMH takes slate of state marketing awards

November has been kind to Hardin Memorial Health's marketing arm.

After taking home two national digital marketing awards and a national award for its online content, HMH was a recipient of four state marketing awards at the Kentucky Society for Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Thoroughbred Awards.

The health system received awards for its external newsletter, Health Matters, and its ENT Game Show radio campaign. Health Matters received a perfect score and a best-in-show designation, said Michelle Murphy, director of marketing and public relations.

HMH also received certificates of merit for its 2012 Annual Nursing Report and the Birthplace pre-registration booklet.

Entries that receive 23 to 26 points receive certificates of merit while those that receive between 27 and 30 points receive Thoroughbred Awards, Murphy said.

According to HMH, 15 organizations entered 81 entries, which were judged by the Florida Society for Marketing and Public Relations.
