ELIZABETHTOWN — The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Western Kentucky University and Lincoln Trail Innovation Center have been awarded a $400,000 contract by the Lincoln Trail Area Development District, to develop and launch an Entrepreneurial Academy of Excellence in Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson and Washington counties.
