OUR VIEW: Legislators owe Kentuckians an honest vote

 

Last week, Gov. Steve Beshear and Sen. Damon Thayer introduced a new expanded gambling bill to change Kentucky’s Constitution, allowing up to seven casinos, five at racetracks and two elsewhere.
