When will they act?
Dereliction of duty is the failure through negligence or obstinacy to perform one’s legal or moral duty to a reasonable expectation. Given the inaction of this commonwealth’s Gov. Steve Beshear and Attorney General Jack Conway to protect us from ObamaCare, both seem culpable of this.
