Hardin County’s unemployment rate ticked up to 9.1 percent last month.
While the preliminary figure is lower than the state and nation’s, it had fallen to 8.5 percent in October, according to the Kentucky Office of Employment and Training. LaRue County’s jobless rate was 8.3 percent for November.
The state’s lowest unemployment rate for November was 7.4 percent in Woodford County. The highest was 18.3 percent in Magoffin County.
County-level numbers are not seasonally adjusted.
