Joe Nepi to continue EIS culture as principal of Morningside

There’s a new captain at the helm of Morningside Elementary School.

Joe Nepi was chosen Tuesday morning as Morningside’s new principal in what Elizabethtown Independent Schools Superintendent Gary French called a “very tough decision.”

An assistant principal at T.K. Stone Middle School, Nepi replaces outgoing Principal Kelly Bush, who was promoted to assistant superintendent of student learning.
