Nannette Johnston, superintendent of Hardin County Schools, will stay in her post for another four years after the HCS board renewed her contract Thursday.
The board unanimously approved her contract with the district at its regular board meeting.
Board Chairwoman Kay Sharon said she and the board are pleased Johnston will continue her leadership in the district.
“We really feel like Nannette has put the district on the right path,” she said.
