Judy Ann Nemec

Judy Ann Nemec, 68, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012.

Mrs. Nemec was born July 7, 1943, in Vinton, Iowa, to the late George Ellis and Maxine Davenport Horning and was a retired travel coordinator for Godman Airfield at Fort Knox.

She was a member of Marion Christian Church in Marion, Iowa.

Among those who preceded her in death are her son, Don Nemec Jr.; her parents; and several brothers and sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 49 years, Donald Nemec; a son, Robert Nemec; three grandchildren, Brady, Devin and Scotty; and a host of other family and friends.

The funeral and burial will take place in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

A memorial visitation was held Saturday, Feb. 4, at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville.
