Edward Lee “Big Ed” Yates Sr., 59, of Rineyville, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Vine Grove. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central in Radcliff with military honors. Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. today and continues at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
