Many of us have heard the radio ad from Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative Corp. requesting we, as customers, make the effort to ensure future low prices. A visit to nolinrecc.com urges visitors to take part in the America’s Electric Cooperative run, grass-root political effort named “Our Energy, Our Future: A Dialogue With America.” This agenda places the responsibility and funding for reduced carbon dioxide emissions squarely on the shoulders of federal government.
