  Timothy Cook Timothy Cook, 43, of Glendale, died June 11, 2008, at home. Arrangements are incomplete at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.   Megan Leigh Crouch Taylor Megan Leigh Crouch Taylor, 13, of Elizabethtown, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at home. She was a student at James T. Alton Middle School in Vine Grove. Survivors include her parents, Natasha and Dale Taylor of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Regan Wallice of Elizabethtown, and Melissa Taylor of Fort Townsend, Okla.; two brothers, Jacob Taylor of Fort Townsend, Okla; and Andy Taylor of Bluefield, W.Va.; and grandparents, Richard Dawson of Gulfport, Miss., and Judy Taylor of Bluefield, W.Va. The memorial service is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with Dr. James Shaw officiating.  Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
